Policies & Procedures

  • After booking your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation to let you know if your appointment has been approved or declined. Once your appointment is approved, you will receive a text message asking you to confirm your appointment.

  • Cancellations and Rescheduling are allowed 24 hours before the appointment start time. Holding Fee's will not be forfeited.

  • Any service scheduled is required to be dropped off, we don't allow customers to wait for service completion at this time.

  • Services that are priced per hour will be noted in the description of the service.

  • Once you complete your customer info screen you will see an invoice with the quote of the service. ALL PRICES ARE A BASED ESTIMATE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
